- CCCaroline3 days ago1.0I’m writing this in hopes higher ups will see it and change something before this location goes out of business. I live next door and for the past 5 or so months it has been HORRIBLE coming to this location. 9/10 times the order is wrong or missing items. Today I got a medium coffee and not only is the coffee lukewarm but the cup isn’t filled. If I wanted a small, that’s what I would have ordered. One of the times, 3 cars left from behind me because of how long it took for them to fix my order and I still had to pull aside and go inside because they still had stuff wrong/missing. I’m not sure what’s changed here but I definitely think it needs some management attention because if it happens to me weekly, I can’t imagine how business has been.
