  I've been here a few times, and I must say they really need to double-check before handing out the food. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up! I paid for what I wanted, and it’s disappointing to see this happen repeatedly. On a positive note, the customer service is good and the staff is friendly.

  I’m writing this in hopes higher ups will see it and change something before this location goes out of business. I live next door and for the past 5 or so months it has been HORRIBLE coming to this location. 9/10 times the order is wrong or missing items. Today I got a medium coffee and not only is the coffee lukewarm but the cup isn’t filled. If I wanted a small, that’s what I would have ordered. One of the times, 3 cars left from behind me because of how long it took for them to fix my order and I still had to pull aside and go inside because they still had stuff wrong/missing. I’m not sure what’s changed here but I definitely think it needs some management attention because if it happens to me weekly, I can’t imagine how business has been.

  Didn’t realize light ice meant let me fill the entire cup with it and give you 3 sips of coffee. Do better

  Honestly one goes to get a good sandwich and its given cold. Everything is go here its cold there other dunkins are nice and hot. Yall need to do a better job.
