When placing an order anywhere I like to show up 5-10 minsxearly so I can grab my food as soon as it's done. I have no problem waiting until the estimated ready time. What I have a problem with is showing up 10 mins early, being told its going to be another 10 mins (expected), and then 20 mins later (40mins after originally placing my order when the place was dead) having to call the restaurant and telling them to bring up my order. The food was not hot and the soda was flat. I rarely come here bc this is not the first time this has happened. You guys should really be keeping an eye on your customers waiting and their orders to be ready.
