  i asked for crunchy tacos and they gave me soft tacos we went inside and they did not give us what we asked for not even a refund. when we opened one taco it was very wet kind of like spit.

  Ordered my version of chicken chipotle warp with black beans it was sour and chicken was inedible. My chicken quesadilla was cut in different angles and was bunched out in a ball in the bag. The whole meal was inedible, I wanted Baja blast and they’re out of syrup. What I can eat was just the fries everything else was inedible the trash

  Hoy domingo 3/22 tuve una mala experiencia por el drive thru no se el nombre del empleado pero era un muchacho con trenzas, estaba esperando para ordenar y me dijo con actitud 'are you gonna order or what' yo le respondi en español y porque me das esa actitud a lo que el respondio 'mi hermana vayase para otra tienda a comprar' yo maneje hacia la ventana y le dije si no sabes trabajar con gente no deberias trabajar customer service y no me quizo atender y me cerro la ventana

  Dear Store Manager, My name is Yerardina Hernandez, and I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your Taco Bell location on Highland Ave in Salem, MA on Sunday at approximately 8:35 PM. During my visit to your drive-thru, the employee working at the window spoke very disrespectfully to my child. He told us to go to another store and used inappropriate language in Spanish, which I found completely unacceptable—especially directed toward a child. Additionally, after placing my order, I was left waiting in the drive-thru line and became stuck in the middle with no way to leave. When I approached the window, the employee closed it abruptly in a very rude manner without assisting me. This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. As a parent and a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and I am very disappointed by how this situation was handled. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and addressed to ensure that no other families experience this kind of treatment. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding this issue. Thank you for your time and attention.

  If you take to long to order they get mad and they didn’t gave me my food and I tried confronting them and they closed the window on me never come here
