  Pretty nice place, You can order on the Touch screen or talking to the employee. I got a Burrito, food came in a pretty good time. Workers were nice, maybe could get different chairs because they kind of do get some back pain out of you.

  Look, I'm not dumb, I know Taco Bell is always super slow. But there's "slow" (ie waiting 10 minutes) and "your order is never coming" slow. I placed an order on the app thinking it would save time. It did not. I waited inside the Taco Bell for almost 40 minutes waiting for them to make one box. One single box! All the classic fast food tropes were here - the one person out of 5 making food while the other 4 stood idly doing nothing, occasionally sweeping or hiding from sight. The ever increasing backlog of patrons coming inside the restaurant only to realize the error of their ways. The only orders going out were to drive thru which makes me think that they aren't being scored on orders for pickup inside potentially? In any case, it's now been nearly an hour since I placed the order and I'm home. Chargeback city. And the app still says the "taco wizards" are making my order. I don't think they are.

  The service is terrible. The workers are like sleepy flies. You can stand there for 30 minutes and no one will come up to you or ask why you're even there. The workers put finished orders on the rack, but it's already full and there's no room. A crowd of people is waiting for pickup, and no one seems to care. No one gives out orders. It's terrible!
