- LRLisa RobinsonFeb 14, 20261.0i go to this dunks 5 times a week because they are on my way to work and friendly but for the last 2 days the unpolite employee at the window was very rude , she doesnt greet you at the window with a hello or good morning , she doesnt even tell you the price you are being charged for , when she passes you are food its like she throwing it at you and when she passes you your drinks she doesnt even look what she is doing so if they fall its your falt. i never seen her working at the window so i dont know if she is new , but if she is they need to put her in a different position like cleanining toillets

The napkins dispenser is always next to the knives on top, not on the side corner below. Each Dunkins layout is generally the same. I've been to Dunkins all across New England and in Connecticut. When I asked where the napkins were I got yelled at. This place is terrible. The workers are extremely rude and the construction of the place terrible.

- WFWhite FloraDec 5, 20251.0Terrible service. I ordered two hash browns and only got one. I also asked for a grilled cheese, but they handed me two untoasted slices of bread with a cold piece of cheese inside. Nothing was toasted or melted it was basically a cold sandwich.
