    My family and I stopped in here on a morning that had been especially difficult. The kindness we received from the staff definitely turned things around for us. They were not only professional, but they went out of their way to be helpful. The large coffee I got was excellent. Thanks to all the staff here.

    my boyfriend and i go here all the time. normally they are very kind and rarely mistakes. but today, everyone in there must be in a bad mood. the person at the speaker scolded us for coming to pick up a mobile order too soon “because its a latte” but the second item in my order had cold foam which the app literally tells you to pick up as soon as possible for quality reasons. when we got to the window both drinks were a dripping mess. coffee/cold foam all over the lids and they gave us attitude when we asked for napkins. no manners whatsoever. sorry if we upset the staff by being customers, but we didn’t do anything to deserve that attitude.
