I waited in a long line and when I finally reached the end to order they denied me service because I wanted to place a “food order?” I literally asked for a bag of bacon and then seconds later I heard an employee 4 feet away start giving out bacon egg and cheeses to customers who just ordered in front of me. We then waited for our drinks at the pick up place and the woman who appeared to be in a position of authority kept reading receipts instead of doing anything. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes for 3 refreshers. Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin, and the service was godawfull.
