- ISI AM THE STORMOct 21, 20252.0My sister and I have been at the hospital all night. She is dealing with a rare disease the last thing I expected was to be greeted with an attitude. I went to the StarBucks here in the hospital. The young lady that took my order was rude and very disrespectful with the way she responded to my order. Customer service is very important when serving coffee especially inside a hospital. I honestly feel like this young lady needs more training in customer service and courtesy. I'm not even sure that I would go back considering someone with an attitude like that is working there.
