  This might be the worst McD in the state, period. Even worse than the south station nightmare. Every single time I go here there is a missing item or I get bread with sauce inside it instead of a sandwich (as others have noted). On one occasion, I received a molded-over bun. Not a spot of mold, a completely molded bun. Tonight, I asked them for two cheeseburgers. Apart from fries, it might be the simplest thing a customer could ask for. I received two cheeseburger-looking items in my bag. Drive home. Open bag. Open cheeseburger-shaped wrapping. No cheese. No cheese. Guys, it’s in the name. It’s the whole point of a cheeseburger. Maybe they ran out of cheese at the cheeseburger store. Somehow it is possible, perhaps I am being unfair. The experiences I have had here have not only ruined multiple nights, I think it has finally ruined the franchise. I’m done with McDonald’s completely. Thank you, awful location, for making me healthier.

  Ordered my food from the kiosk, after 15 minutes I checked in with an employee and they hadn't even started to put my order together. Did not even receive an apology.

  I went here on 03/06/26 I order an arch burger a fry and a strawberry and shamrock shake I saw my order when I got to the first window the cashier was so polite and read my order back to me when I got to the second window I was handed 2 shamrock shakes I said this is not my order the kid at the window started screaming at me. So I stayed there until he changed it he told me that I was wrong he said check the receipt I told him to check it he threw the receipt at me and did not look at it just for the receipt to say a small strawberry and small shamrock he remade it with the worst attitude and instead of apologizing he was even more rude .

  I ordered a spicy chicken burger and somehow got a bun with absolutely no chicken inside. Just bread. That’s it. I checked my bag, saw everything was wrapped, and trusted that the order was correct, which was clearly a mistake. This was honestly the worst drive-through experience I’ve had. If you’re going here, check every single item before you leave because apparently quality control doesn’t exist. Paying for a chicken burger and getting just a bun is beyond unacceptable. Really disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.
