I ordered a big meal...for my family the order came around $ 54 dollars... Uber, eats driver take out what they want leave half the food be aware..this is getting crazy and it's gonna be a problem this happened 3 time my food colder than the freezer 🙃 never again I will pick my order up for now on,? Oh the tip 4% good for you ...
I just want to start by saying I didn’t realize I had accidentally ordered the “economic downturn sampler.” we got home and opened the bag to discover that my large frosty was filled to the ✨inspirational✨ halfway mark... I am in fact a half glass empty person, love the optimism though. The 4 piece nugget box? bold reinterpretation. It contained 3 nuggets. Very avant garde. and the fries… oh boy the fries, I can only assume we received the ceremonial bottom-of-the-basket scrapings, hand-selected for their rustic charm. also, if I wanted a medium meal, I would have ordered a medium meal. revolutionary concept, I know, great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies 😒

You can count on this Wendy’s to never give you any sauces when you buy from Uber Eats. Who wants chicken tenders with no sauce? Really hurts after spending 30$ dollars on a meal to not get any sauce
This spot doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My DoorDash driver waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for my order tonight. Bless his heart because that’s WAY more patience than I would’ve had by a MILE! Food was cold and “rubbery” upon arrival and there was absolutely no customer service available as the phone at this Wendy’s is shut off/disconnected. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from this place because apparently ridiculously long wait times, order issues, and horrible customer service (or just none at all) are all commonplace problems at this joint. How this restaurant hasn’t been shut down yet is beyond me… SMH!!!!!! I’d say do better, but this is the result of corporate America, so… 🤷🏻♀️ BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order placed online, January 20, arrive at restaurant, place is closed at 5 o’clock in afternoon. Money has not been refunded by store owner or Wendy’s. Fraud alert has been placed on the charge, owner knows full well the orders were not fulfilled, just fine with stealing money from customers hoping they won’t notice.
