I checked my bag, saw everything was wrapped, and trusted that the order was correct, which was clearly a mistake. This was honestly the worst drive-through experience I’ve had. If you’re going here, check every single item before you leave because apparently quality control doesn’t exist. Paying for a chicken burger and getting just a bun is beyond unacceptable. Really disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.

Today I ended up canceling my order because of how disrespectful she was. Her customer service skills are extremely unprofessional
