    All Dunkin’ Donuts are To hood . Absolutely has its own atmosphere and clientele identity. “ you look like you go to Dunkin’ Donuts” . Not a Starbucks fan but there overly vibed.

    I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app and received the wrong items—I ordered one sausage wrap and one bacon and cheese wrap but was given two sausage wraps. When I politely asked for the order to be corrected, the manager refused and said my only option was a refund. During the interaction, the manager spoke to me inappropriately, including using offensive language in Spanish, and her behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was also concerned about the handling of my food, which left me uncomfortable. I’ve had many positive experiences at Dunkin’ in the past, which made this especially disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how staff handle them really matters. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from Dunkin’.

    Every time I go to this dukin donuts there is either hair or coffee grains around my cup . I think someone is doing this on purpose . I am an autistic disabled woman and I feel like they are doing this to hurt my feelings. It hurts when I pay money for coffee and there's hair on it or the cup is dirty . So many bad things are happening in my life at the moment and I think this might be the thing that gets me to end things

    And this right here, ladies and gentlemen is why don’t go to Dunkin it don’t matter what Dunkin is you’re bound to get the same quality Food and customer service. This is a reminder why I stopped going to Dunkin.
