  There’s no one really up in the front to take your order and employees are rude and I always get my sandwiches burnt

  I go to this Dunkin’ location every single morning and usually spend around $25 a day here, so what happened yesterday was extremely disappointing. On March 4th around 9:30 AM, I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order. My order number ended up being 9407 once I was finally helped. The employee working the counter, whose name I believe was Yasoda, completely ignored me while I was waiting to order. Instead of taking my order, she started helping a man who walked in behind me because she knew him personally. She gave him free donuts and items from the sandwich station while I was still standing there waiting to even place my order. When I tried to get her attention, she waved her hand at me and told me I could wait. I felt completely dismissed and treated like I didn’t matter as a customer, even though I come to this location every day and spend a significant amount of money here. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told the manager was not there. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional. Customers should not be skipped or ignored while employees prioritize their friends and give away free food. I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ for a long time, and this experience was unacceptable.

  All Dunkin’ Donuts are To hood . Absolutely has its own atmosphere and clientele identity. “ you look like you go to Dunkin’ Donuts” . Not a Starbucks fan but there overly vibed.

  I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app and received the wrong items—I ordered one sausage wrap and one bacon and cheese wrap but was given two sausage wraps. When I politely asked for the order to be corrected, the manager refused and said my only option was a refund. During the interaction, the manager spoke to me inappropriately, including using offensive language in Spanish, and her behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was also concerned about the handling of my food, which left me uncomfortable. I’ve had many positive experiences at Dunkin’ in the past, which made this especially disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how staff handle them really matters. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from Dunkin’.

  Every time I go to this dukin donuts there is either hair or coffee grains around my cup . I think someone is doing this on purpose . I am an autistic disabled woman and I feel like they are doing this to hurt my feelings. It hurts when I pay money for coffee and there's hair on it or the cup is dirty . So many bad things are happening in my life at the moment and I think this might be the thing that gets me to end things
