You know they're perfect when you normally use ketchup but didn't because they were exactly how you hope for them to be: Fresh oil, light golden in color, near crisp on outside and still soft inside, and uniformly salted. Operation seems to be well managed and fully staffed. Has a large clean dining room with order kiosks and table delivery. Soda self serve was clean and fully functioning. There is a small area of outdoor seating. The men's room was clean, everything worked, and is well maintained. The only slight knock would be that in spite of the renovated look, some of the booths seats were very well worn with some rips. Not enough to detract from my 5 star rating but notable.
