  Amazing place to satisfy late-night cravings! The Crunchwrap Supreme was absolutely delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for quick and tasty tacos!

  Last Sunday night, I ordered something quick to eat with my family at the Revere Mall. We decided to order from Taco Bell. While waiting for my order in the lobby, I was surprised by the attitude of the employees inside. They acted like they were playing around, discussing personal matters, and using vulgar and rude language. Although it's not a place that directly serves customers, they prepare food for them, and in a space where you can hear what they're saying, with that kind of attitude, how can they possibly pay attention to the proper preparation of the food and the customers' preferences? In fact, they didn't accommodate a couple of requests regarding ingredients in our group order. I don't expect a refund, just a suggestion for improving customer service!

  Manager is an absolute lazy worker! I asked for my stuff grilled and he denied because “ I don’t want to clean the grill lol” been to this location 200 times and whoever was working on 3-3-26 are so lazy! The girl working wanted to do it but the guy in glasses came around and said no!

  Terribly customer service. Me & my dad waited for taco bell here in the drive through for over 20+ minutes. Ridiculous service.
