I’m currently recovering from a back injury, and two employees, Brian and Christina, went out of their way to assist me with the Stop & Shop app and bagging my groceries. I was especially impressed by their teamwork—Brian showed exceptional patience and support, and Christina was kind and helpful throughout. Together, they made what could have been a difficult experience easy and comfortable. Employees like Brian and Christina are a real asset to your store. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help customers truly reflect the values of Stop & Shop. Because of their service, I will absolutely continue shopping at this location and recommend it to others. I hope management recognizes both Brian and Christina for their outstanding work—they made a meaningful difference in my day.
