Condiments, straws, lids, utensils were all stocked up and the areas were clean. Food was nice and fresh AND their freestyle machines were actually working and syrups stocked. We ordered the 4 piece chicken strips combo with scorching sauce, spicy chicken sandwich combo with a bacon & cheese baked potato and a son of a baconator with 2 medium drinks. Our order was ready fast and it was piping hot.

The girl who is taking my order starts correcting me saying what I was asking for was not a plain and cut me off. I try to verify my order and ask her if it was just lettuce and tomatoes and onions because it was not seen on the screen. Then she goes it's already on there , with a rude tone she had been speaking to me in the whole time. So I'm like okay because I just want my food fast and I usually don't yell at the people who make your food they could have tried to poison me. Then I pull up and it's this white chubby brunette girl looking like life is hard, usually I would take this up with the manager but it was 12:43 in the morning and I was tired. So I finally get my food I drive off and get home cuz I don't live too far from there I open my bag and there is pickles and ketchup in my burger. The burger I asked for plain that she said was not plain. If she had not cut me off and was not being rude and actually listen to me she would have known what I actually ordered. I'm really disappointed because I come here all the time and it's always great service, either they need to train her correctly or she has to go.
