  This store does not have working handicap carts they are constantly in disrepair and when asked about they claim to have ordered repairs nearby store has plenty of handicap carts in working order

  , I wanted to share a concern about something I’ve noticed at one of your Stop & Shop locations. There’s a bagger who has Down syndrome he’s a bagger I believe his name is Brendon and, while I understand and respect his situation, I know people with flan syndrome there have been some instances that may need to be addressed for everyone’s comfort and safety. He sometimes follows children around the store and repeatedly tells them they’re “cute.” While I don’t believe his intentions are bad, it can make some customers — especially parents — uncomfortable. I’ve seen this happen a few times, including near the self-checkout area. I also wanted to mention that a friend of mine came to the store recently with his 8-year-old daughter, and she told him she doesn’t want to come back because she felt uncomfortable when the same employee kept talking to her. I don’t want to start any drama or make this into a big issue. I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention so it can be handled in an appropriate and supportive way for everyone involved. I don’t plan to pursue this further — I just thought it was something management should be aware of. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for understanding why I felt it was important to mention.
