There’s a bagger who has Down syndrome he’s a bagger I believe his name is Brendon and, while I understand and respect his situation, I know people with flan syndrome there have been some instances that may need to be addressed for everyone’s comfort and safety. He sometimes follows children around the store and repeatedly tells them they’re “cute.” While I don’t believe his intentions are bad, it can make some customers — especially parents — uncomfortable. I’ve seen this happen a few times, including near the self-checkout area. I also wanted to mention that a friend of mine came to the store recently with his 8-year-old daughter, and she told him she doesn’t want to come back because she felt uncomfortable when the same employee kept talking to her. I don’t want to start any drama or make this into a big issue. I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention so it can be handled in an appropriate and supportive way for everyone involved. I don’t plan to pursue this further — I just thought it was something management should be aware of. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for understanding why I felt it was important to mention.
- SSStephenSep 6, 20252.0This store is horrible. I have know idea how they stay in business. The prices at this store are atleast double what they are down the street at Market Basket. And the customer service desk has some grouchy older women working that should probably hang up their price gun and move on to retirement. With that being said I really do find it hard to believe that this particular store could stay in business with so many things wrong with it.
