  There’s a girl in there that likes to talk poorly about black people in Spanish everytime I go there she says something she thinks I don’t understand it’s that I am mature no need to go back and forth I hope she can be more mature and wait till she leaves the restaurant to talk badly

  Realizó un pedido en línea para recoger y llegó al sitio y no está mi pizza y me hacen esperar más de media hora y luego me dicen que mi pedido no está en el sistema que pésimo servicio , solo jugaron con mi tiempo

  I accidentally placed an order online to the last store that I used. I called right away as soon as I placed the order. They told me they would reverse the charge. A week later I never saw the credit. I called and let them know I hadn't received a reverse charge. They told me I should see it in a couple days. Another week I still haven't received my credit. They told me the second time I called that they couldn't not reverse the charge but could send me pizza. I said I don't live in the state and that I'm sorry but when I was placing the order I missed the option to change the address but called within seconds on placing the order. They told me okay and that I should be receiving a refund in a couple days. One week later and still no refund. So now I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction and call papa John's customer service to explain how this franchisee has given me the run around. I would not recommend this store due to their unethical business and how they don't value return customers.

  Papa John’s is usually our go to but past two times have been a disappointment. First time, we had our sauce for breadsticks served to us in a plastic bag, no container. The toppings were on one side of the pizza and the pizza was impossible to pick up because the toppings were in just one place. I reached out to a manager and never got a response. Last night, I got 2 pizzas and a breadstick. The pizza was fine but they forgot my breadstick. They delivered it again but it was ice cold! Disappointed.
