At first she wasn’t able to understand we had a code, and asked us to just ring it up at the cash register, cool no big deal. What was not cool is her tossing our order and when my husband asked for ketchup she completely ignored us. We waited a few seconds and still nothing, as we drove off she legit stared at us we the dirtiest attitude!

When I asked for ketchup, the employee assisting me appeared inconvenienced by the request. I was also informed that drink refills are not offered at this location. Overall, the level of service did not meet reasonable expectations, and the experience was underwhelming
