    I am writing to express my concern regarding the early morning service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The drive-thru advertises that it opens at 5:00 a.m.; however, when I arrive around 5:30 a.m., there is consistently nothing prepared. There are usually no coffees available that include espresso, and no food items ready for purchase. This defeats the purpose of offering early morning service, especially for customers who are on their way to work and rely on quick and efficient service. Additionally, it is very difficult to understand the staff through the speaker system. When customers ask for clarification because the audio is unclear, the staff often respond with an attitude and appear irritated, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe customers should be treated with respect, and if a store advertises opening at a certain time, basic menu items—especially coffee—should be available. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and overall experience at this location. Thank you for your time and attention.

    This Dunkin used to be good. The staff were nice and welcoming back then, and most of the employees are fine, except Sandra. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and my food was gone. When I asked her what happened, she went on a rant and talked down to me like I was stupid for not picking it up sooner. I cannot control other customers taking my food when I am not even in the store. Another time I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to get my food even though the Dunkin was not busy at all. That is completely unacceptable. This location seriously needs to do better. The attitude and lack of accountability from Sandra is ruining the experience, and management needs to address this immediately.

    When I was into drive true there was nobody talking and it took 1 hour for them to take the order also there was bad service a guy was mad he didn’t take my order right it’s really disappointing

    Thankfully the sandwiches tasted fine. However the drinks were made wrong. One young middle eastern girl who gave us our order was very disoriented, confused, had no sense of urgency and continually messed up. She had to keep apologizing and we stayed very patient. We ordered 4 sandwiches online and 1 in person for seperate orders. They gave us the 4 sandwiches from our online order & tried to convince us we didn’t order one in person: that they gave us a free sandwich. This white oddly shaped male (no shade just tea) tried to help but ended up gaslighting us about a sandwich. They need better training at this location!!!!!
