- AAA ADec 15, 20251.0This was a very unpleasant experience. Several people who did not appear to have purchased anything were occupying nearly all of the seating and speaking loudly. One person was drinking alcohol discreetly, and another was constantly holding a cigarette. Given how small the space is, it is hard to believe that the staff were unaware of this behavior. Despite this, no action was taken. As a result, I—an actual paying customer—was unable to use a table at all. Allowing this kind of behavior while ignoring customers who follow the rules is unacceptable. This place lacks even the most basic level of management and consideration expected of a café. I will not be returning.

They tried charging me 3.69 for a small coffee. please!!!! Glad I caught it. I am sincerely dissatisfied with this location. They should be embarrassed… young workers should be fast and precise and accurate. Where do they come from? Get a move on here. You’re going to lose money and. They r right on Train station so it’s busy there!!!!! What’s wrong with this diverse population!! So so disappointed

A drink has to be truly unpleasant for me to not finish it and I couldn’t even get halfway through before I tossed it out. I will be sticking to Honeydew from now on.

I love Dunkin so I rated this store by comparing the food, service, atmosphere, price, cleanliness, to the top 5 I've been to. Starting with the coffee it always has coffee grounds in my drink it's really just a matter of if it'll be more or less than the previous time. Also flavored coffee hot or ice always have trouble with getting the taste correct, and here I thought they had a system in place so that shouldn't happen. Next is food maybe it's because I never actually go in the morning but by 11:30am or 12pm that's the earliest I've been there, and about 6pm or 7pm the latest it's always dry bagel twists, donuts, it really doesn't matter. Service is next the employees are kind and helpful but will wait to take your order till they're done talking with other customers and sometimes speaking a different language and then assume everyone speaks a foreign language, this is an assumption but sometimes they try to take my order in another language which isn't a problem I just hate that I can't respond and feel stupid. ALL IN ALL, NOT BAD. Truly I'll continue my patronage
