When I got to the window, neither the employee nor the manager wanted to fix or charge the missing items. They told me I had to go all the way back and do the drive-thru line again. And to make it worse — they didn’t even give me the complete order at the end. This shows a complete lack of customer service, attention, and training in this location. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.
