- SOSome oneOct 5, 20251.0We went there and the old man with terrible accent at the counter was rude, unwelcoming and could barely understand what we ordered. Also we ordered coffee with caramel and they gave us with no caramel - very unprofessional

I was the 1st one in line but they spent their time making drinks for the people behind me since they were regulars. So even if you’re the first person in line out of 5 people you’re going to get your drink last for some reason. And then they still make the drink wrong even though they move painfully slow.

I watch them make the coffee and then top it off with extra ice because they didn’t give me enough coffee. We payed in cash and they also shorted us on change. We finished our coffees and left them in the car. The ice melted. Take a look at how much ice they’re putting in the drinks vs how much coffee. Other dunks do not do this. Scamming people is not the way to run a business.
