- MPMichelle PaulinoJan 29, 20262.0They are so rude. The lady greets me with a face and an attitude saying “what are you having??!” I responded good morning, how are you? This is how you greet a customer & she laughed. I understand as an older woman the day could’ve been overwhelming for her working at Dunkin, however don’t work in customer service if you’re going to be rude to people. Nonetheless the coffee was fine, it’s hard to mess up a latte but I am big on customer service & will not be going back because of that.

And they never press the stupid button, it comes black or with a tear drop of cream every time. It’s happened enough for me to dig through my stuff to be able to even post a review

Sat at the order window for about 5 minutes and no one serviced me. So I drove up to the pickup window, just to get rude service, no apology, and the wrong coffee AND donut order. Fantastic.
