  The few times i’ve been to this location the staff were very unfriendly. Also if you’re trying to order via phone, expect to be on hold for 15 minutes since no one there answers phone calls.

  OMG…. I honestly have never had a pizza this bad!! Plain cheese but so salty … I mean SALTY unnecessary- it was a bit spicy as well?? I live in Reading and have been here for years but not my go to place…. Just if I don’t want to deal with going downtown- NEVER again it I suppose these reviews do not make much difference but over the years I have noticed not as many ppl coming and going.. I never order delivery / just my preference but now I know why very little business when I drive by there in the evening!! What a waste as I threw the whole thing away NEVER TO RETURN !!

  This is now the 4th time I have ordered, explicitly put “do not leave on the ground” in all caps, and my food has been left on the ground, lukewarm at best. I’ve called the store before and confirmed they could see on the note (I explicitly marked “hand it to me”. I even try to leave a higher tip to encourage it. I currently have a knee injury and getting things from the ground like that is highly painful. Please tell your drivers to read the notes!

  It’s my third time the backed and cooked very bad. Never try this branch anymore. Their customer service and staff very impolite and unprofessional.

  The staff at this store either need to be replaced or fairly compensated—because their expectations from customers are excessive. After a long day at work, I was starving and decided to pick up my order myself. I had ordered a vegetarian pizza, but when I got home, I found it completely missing the veggie toppings. I’m not in a position to travel all the way back to resolve this. Domino’s needs to take this issue seriously. As a food blogger, I’ve started spotlighting stores that fail to meet basic standards like this
