I’ve called the store before and confirmed they could see on the note (I explicitly marked “hand it to me”. I even try to leave a higher tip to encourage it. I currently have a knee injury and getting things from the ground like that is highly painful. Please tell your drivers to read the notes!

I’m not in a position to travel all the way back to resolve this. Domino’s needs to take this issue seriously.
