    Armani did an amazing job taking my order and making sure I was satisfied. My food was fresh and hot and I was out in seconds and I did a walk in order

    Mild boneless wings are really good. Staff were friendly and polite. Food is always consistent visit to visit - very good!

    I’ve been here 5+ times and have yet to see my food or drink prepared with gloves on. And this is coming from someone who was in culinary school and serve safe certified

    Two out of the three times I’ve been in here have been terrible. The first time I came here I asked for buffalo, I was then informed they don’t have buffalo. I thought it was weird and they were out. Checked online after I got my food. Realized I didn’t say original hot and the lady was rude about not having it…. Original hot is buffalo!! Why can’t you just explain?? I had never eaten there. This time, I tried to order the boneless meal deal for two. The lady was extremely rude from the immediate start of the interaction. I didn’t know exactly how to order it and she was aggressive and rude. If it’s a mobile only meal deal that could of been explained… but she just said they don’t have that. Just dripping with attitude. I was so put off by her attitude I walked away and placed a mobile order. My order was ready around 840 and by then she’d left. The lady that handed me my food was pleasant. It’s clear the staff not only lacks knowledge about the menu, some of them are miserable and petty. This is a brand new location and the fact most of the staff that’s interacting with guests is openly rude is wild. There should be more corporate over sight and guidance on the menu.

    I did an online order, got there at the time that it was apparently ready. I waited for awhile not being attended. No employees asking for orders by the pick up area. At this point 2 of the employees saw me there and did not show no acknowledgement. No questions were asked to me regarding why I was there. I took a quick peek on the bags that were just sitting there and I saw my order with my name. Decided to wait and be respectful. At this time I've tried to be patient, but my food was getting cold, so I grabbed my food. I assume the lady with red, brown, and black hair was the supervisor or manager, just because she was trying to show her authority and began to shout and got on my face, in front of all the customers. I explained that I had payed for it and she just repeated herself shouting over & over. I walked out after she calmed down and left. No customer should get this treatment, especially after waiting in there with no acknowledgement. It seemed like she took out her anger for the pile up of orders that where stuck on "ORDER RECIEVED" (3 pages/screens worth of orders). I will refuse to give my money at this place, because of this situation that no one should go through. I would rather drive to Brockton, where they treat customers better and have a structure for customers who need to pick up orders.
