  Didn't receive fries I ordered, order of chicken so oily the breading fell off i tried to call and waited almost 10 min and no one ever picked up

  First time here and would highly recommend! Had the garlic Parmesan, hickory smoked, original hot and mango habanero flavors. Also, the fries were a hit! They even have triple chocolate brownies too!

  The first time we went there, we received about half of the food we ordered. We called the store and were told a manager would call the next day. After 2 more calls to the store we still did not hear back from a manager. We went into the store today and spoke to the general manager, Tom. He was very kind and helpful. While the initial experience was not the best, we will be back in the future because of Tom:)

  I ordered through the Wing Stop website not knowing they were contracted through Door Dash for delivery (prices were better thru the website). After an hour wait, my bag got delivered with someone else’s food inside. I called the store and was put on hold the first time for 6min before I hung up. Called back again and was about to be put on hold when I abruptly asked not to be as I had already placed an order. The person who answered the phone got the manager for me to speak to and he was great about the situation. It is unfortunate that they can’t do their own deliveries and my only options were to go pick up my food or be refunded in 3 business days and reorder my food again, which is what I opted for. We were surprised to see 2 bags be delivered- not only did they send my new order, but they also sent my first order and a brownie with an apology post-it attached. I give the manager 5 stars but I really hope the staff gets into a groove soon and they can work out their kinks with more training. We’ll order from here again but probably only for take out when we’re out and about.

  Hello, my name is Kelsey. I was so excited to come to this new location where I live. I showed up last week. I thought you were open. It was a huge work meeting, and I was so excited to come back when you guys are open unfortunately, I will never come back again. I walked in today. You guys are open late. It was several people waiting for their food. Very upset even door dash people taking about they are waiting long . I’m looking at the staff the girl at the front doesn’t even greet me. Very strange. Doesn’t even talk or speak up says do I want one wing on 999 wings? I never heard of such a thing I asked for five and five bone in 10 total all flats I waited 30 minutes to get chicken tenders teeny tiny ones I went back in. I said how long is it gonna be to remake She said I’m not sure right now. I said excuse me how long in the back they said longer than 20 minutes I said refund please !! terrible rude lady in the back on her phone standing there black shirt and the floor is soaking wet. While the cashier is standing there playing with her hands Good luck!!! I do not recommend. She should repeat the orders out loud even the lady who gave me the refund told her that ! Then they ask me if I wanted to keep the boneless ones I said no I did not and walked out. Retrain immediately
