Been picking up from the store since it opened as well as every other store in a 20 mi radius this store consistently makes me unassign from doordash orders. The store tells doordash when the orders are supposed to be ready for pickup. It's between 10 and 30 minutes later than that nearly every time. Im turn the customers are getting cold food and giving the drivers bad ratings because of the incompetence of the store. Train your employees better and extend your pickup times. Even worse is when the store finally marks the order as ready for pickup, we walk in and they still haven't even started making it. They know the order was supposed to be made 5 minutes ago but they lie and Market as ready so they don't get in trouble. Meanwhile doordash is wondering why the drivers have not left with the food yet. Customer starts texting and asking why it's taking an hour to get a taco. This is why. Do better taco bell
