I received a notification that my order was delayed at 5:45 pm. When I called the store to see when it would be all set, I was notified that there were 11 orders ahead of me and they could not guarantee the order would be completed today. I had to cancel it, which left me scrambling for supplies for the storm. They couldn't have notified me earlier in the day?

I've had some mixed ones, maybe where staff could've been a little more attentive, but then I've had plenty where they were lovely to chat with & came over as soon as I needed help. I do recommend this Shaw's, I go out of my way to go here instead of Walmart or market basket. And they have a pretty good selection in most/all categories. I've never gotten bakery items made, flowers, and have had minimal interaction with customer service, so I can't say much to those things. But customers at my gas station have said they enjoy this Shaw's flower selections. I also used to go to the can return here a ton, it's a pretty standard experience, a little bit small inside & sometimes you can tell they don't clean them out, but I haven't had a time where I wasn't able to return the cans, so I still consider that a win.
