- LDLily Depot6 days ago2.0Today's visit reminds me of why I don't come to dunkin often; I like their drinks, food, and prices, but I rarely get exactly what I order. I got the 5$ meal deal(Med. Coffee, hash brown and wakeup wrap). I requested decaf + light ice on the coffee and no hash browns. I was told it would cost more without the hash browns and I could just throw them away if I dont want them. I pointed out that I dont want to waste food and asked if they could simply not make them, which they did agree to, but I find it rather appalling that the suggestion was even made. I also was watching as they made my coffee, and they definitetly did not do light ice. The cup was full of ice all the way to the top before the coffee was put in which is their standard ice amount, and the drinks sticker also does not say light ice. The sticker also said orig rather than decaf, so I am fairly confident I got a caffinated coffee. Ive been trying to move away from caffiene due to migraines so this is disappointing. At least everyone was polite. The food was good, I just wish it was what I ordered.
