One of their staff is incredibly rude and has been consistently, to the point that I don’t want to go there anymore. She will stop me dead in the middle of an order to correct my pronunciation of silly things like the word caramel over the speaker and then will talk down to me at the window. Slow service to boot. No thank you. There are 5 more DDs on 44. Go somewhere else.

When I got to the window the girl never said anything just took my money and gave me the drink. I didn’t really think anything of it but usually they give you a total then take the money. Now the kicker was when she placed the bills in my hand to give me my change back then literally threw the change at me. Half went on the ground. I was so pissed because I did nothing to deserve that. I did just drive off and left the change on the ground. It may have been something else that angered her but why throw change at someone? I’ve worked in customer service so I understand how challenging it can be dealing with the public but this was crossing the line. I will never give my business to this Dunkin again.

Order is usually wrong or missing something, and almost always burnt-and today it appeared the cream in my drink was spoiled. Don’t usually write reviews but this Dunkin has been consistently bad for years.
