  Ordered a quesadilla, opened my bag at home and no quesadilla inside. Just mad sour cream and little bit of rice on the side. This place always gives me problems, idk who they are hiring but yall need to do better cuz it’s not cheap here.

  They originally did not give our DoorDasher our drinks, because on their end it apparently wasn’t showing it in the order. So we sent our receipt to our Dasher for them to show that we had purchased 2 drinks, and the employee said “There are no drinks in this order, but I will give them to you anyways so it doesn’t cause problems.” Despite the fact that they were literally shown proof that there were drinks in the order. Then we finally get the order and the bowls are practically empty. Mind you we both got extra rice (because they always under serve at this location and I’m not paying $16 for half a scoop of rice) and extra beans. There was more lettuce in my bowl than rice. You could practically see through the food to the bottom of the bowl. What is even the point in doing that? Is that how Chipotle trains their employees? The worst location I have ever been to. Do better.

  Update: To the owner who replied to me: your stored didn’t offer the free drink…the company only offered a free drink. All I got from your restaurant were oops I gave your order away…what do you want me to do? On April 19th at 5 pm I submitted an order on Chipotles website. It was set to be ready at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:40 pm and looked at the shelf for my food. Nothing. I asked the young man behind the register and he couldn’t find it. He let me just stand there without telling me what was going on. I asked him again for my order. Nothing to me, but I overhead him ask the person behind the wall saying he saw the order but didn’t know what happened. He went and rang up several people who had come in AFTER I arrived. A woman next to me waiting told me she was waiting for a DoorDash order (for awhile). I asked again and he told me he gave my food away…more people were helped and cashed out. I waited 20 minutes before my food was remade. The young man behind the counter was laughing and checking out. I got home and the chips were incredibly stale. When I complained to Chipotle all they offered was a free drink…clearly the young man could have cared less that he gave away my food. Disgraceful

  Absolutely terrible don’t even waste your time ….half scoop of rice one scoop of meat and a big scoop of condiments tho! My food was swimming in liquids never again
