- SDStacy D6 days ago1.0If I could give this place a zero review I would. First time ever trying a Wing Stop and definitely the last. Stopped there on our way back from tournament and waited for staff to acknowledge us standing at the counter. Finally ordered and had questions but the kid behind the counter was apparently mute. Zero customer service skills. Sat at a dirty table because there was not a single clean one. Same kid watched me clean it with two ice cubes and a paper towel. Waited over 30 mins for our food. Finally received food and fries were burnt chicken was ok. Food tray was sticky and grimy. Also sat there and noticed they allow door dash drivers to get their own drinks and place the stickers on them. Watched a few drivers go into the bathroom and pretty sure they came out so quickly they never washed their hands and grabbed soda cups to fill for their deliveries. Didn't see anyone wearing gloves and hats sit on top of their heads uselessly without hairnets. I should've ran out of there. Finally home right now and it's been about 7 hours. Guess who is wide awake puking yeah me! Never again will I eat at this dirty place with absolutely no customer service skills. Wing Stop should be ashamed of themselves getting people sick. I am sure I am not the only one.

On top of them not even having decent food like majority locations, their service is absolutely disgusting! They are horrible with customers and the manager that usually answers doesn’t speak clearly but has an absolute disrespectful nasty attitude on the phone. I placed an order, got charged but called when I noticed my order didn’t fully go through, they said they didn’t receive an order and it should be back in my account within 2-5 business days then 5-7 when I called next well it’s been over 12 days now! Every-time I call now it’s just me dealing with disgusting attitudes! So I got my money stolen at the end of it all! I just wouldn’t waste time nor money on an establishment that runs like this.
