  Placed a mobile order at 7:30 am and went to pick it up. When I went through drive through I was rudely told that they now magically only open at 8am. Nothing updated on website or app about this time change. Was told to either wait or cancel my order.

  I was shocked. I don't really eat fast food. However, I worked late and decided to go to Wendy's. They have a new menu. The crispy fish sandwich was A-mazing. Service was great. I went through the drive through, I could see in the dining area. It could've been a bit more clean. You go to sweep. You have to wash the tables down.

  Absolute worse Wendy’s in the Randolph area. The fries tasted stale, watered down soft drink. The young man working the drive-in window lacked manners and customer service skills.

  Do not go inside. No one speaks English and you are given what they think you want. Went back 3 times and gave up. First time they gave me someone elses order, came back and they took out some food and left the rest that wasn't mine. Second time they gave new LG fries and put the same food in again. Then I come back and they tell me what I ordered. Because I don't know what I ordered. I ended up with two kids meals I think with LG fries and a drinks.

  Girl working around 4pm sunday the 8th made my item wrong after i paid extra for it to be done, went back through the drive through figuring it was just confusion just for her to say she did it right, offer to mix it, and then handed it back to me after pretending to mix it. Returned a few hours later in hopes we could just talk to someone else, she answered the drive through extremely rude saying she mixed it and did it correctly, responded respectfully and she decided to ignore us. I’ve never met someone in customer service who is argumentative and rude when a customer clearly has something that was not made to the companies standard, and chooses to give attitude to paying customers when it is obvious the product was made incorrectly due to their own laziness. I’ve worked in customer service, just completely unacceptable, unprofessional, an indecent .
