- AMAbigail MartinezAug 20, 20251.0I’m so disappointed I been coming here for two years now the service was good but lately not so much one they forgot my order I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side the bagel was never toasted, I also asked for a small hot chocolate my chocolate was 💩 to much of what ever they use I also asked for six donuts they just put them all in one bag which caused it to stick to one another which caused them to have chocolate on my glazed donut my coffee roll was also put in the same bag I wish I had taken a pic I was so upset I just threw it away time to try Mary Lou place right across from Dunkin’ Donuts and this is not the first time nor the second time I’m done you know what it is to look forward to coffee or hot chocolate to start ur day and this happens No I’m so disappointed
