I've put in online orders and showed up 10 min after I placed it and they still haven't even gotten to make my food or drink. There all rude and there always busy messing around with each other and barely working and they never understand what you say and its also hard to understand what any of them say. Overall this place sucks if there was a zero star review id do it and me personally id re-hire a brand new staff

She asked, “So you want just green tea?” and that would’ve been fine if she didn’t start laughing. She said something to her friend nearby in another language and kept laughing. I don’t have the heart to talk back to customer service workers but I was actually so pissed. I did clarify one more time for her but she just kept laughing harder. Are you serious? But the food and drinks were good, service was pretty slow. The atmosphere was… whatever.
