- SHSavannah HartFeb 13, 20261.0Just left this location about 5 minutes ago and I am absolutely stunned by the negative behavior and unprofessionalism. Two girls were there and one was on her cell phone on a call and just stared at me and my fiancé and didn’t say anything, then proceeded to put her call on speaker and went to do other things. I waited a few minutes thinking she would get off her phone/ phone call but did not. I stepped back up to the register and a different woman took our order. The girl who was on her phone, on a call on speaker continued to make our drinks with one hand and phone in the other. We stood waiting for them to give us our order and then realized they weren’t going to and didn’t even tell us it was ready, I stepped up the station where they make the drinks and grabbed them from there. It was extremely frustrating, rude, unprofessional and inappropriate.
