I spoke slowly and clearly twice tried to place my order but the employee who spoke to me refused to understand me. She was discriminatory!

I ordered a mobile order and then I wanted to get something else after the fact (ordered at the window) and she said you need to order it out the window like I did. And then they still forgot that item so I went inside and she was just super rude. Gave me a dirty look…. have an attitude absolutely not. Dont work in customer service if you don’t like people!

They don’t even tell you if you did not received an item because it was out of stock. Wait time is crazy just for a single coffee. I would not recommend coming to this Dunkin.
