  The workers here seem to forget they work for a company and the food doesn’t come out there checks. They give you a hard time all the time even though most of them don’t know proper customer service. They over load your food with rice and barely give you any meat and when you ask them to give you a little more chicken they try to charge you double. Raising prices while giving your customers a hard time because they want to have their food made a certain way is just crazy. Whole stuff needs to be retrained on how to make bowls and how to talk to customers.

  Where to start. The place was filthy. The staff was unmotivated. The quantity and quality of the food defies description. I know it's a franchise but at least work with your staff to get at least the bare minimum out of them.

  The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and despite having four employees up front, no one seemed to be cleaning or helping customers they were just standing around. On top of that, the portions were the smallest I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle. I paid nearly $20 for a quesadilla and it had maybe 10 pieces of chicken in it, which is honestly unacceptable for the price. Really hoping this location steps it up, because this experience was far below what I expect.

  Horrible service, essentially got shamed by the whole establishment tonight because the cashier and the guy alongside her who claims he is the assistant manager could not help use the rewards I have on my app. They offered no solutions and let us hold up the entire line of people waiting to check out and eat. I asked for possible solutions and he offered none at all. The one lady at the to go station was the only one who tried to explain anything but essentially stated she doesn’t know why. I was given the card for the manager of the store and told that she is not there anyways. Never have I ever felt so shamed at an establishment and this is unacceptable.
