The sandwich they served me was clearly burnt, as you can see in the photo, and it tasted dry and overcooked. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. Customer service and food quality really need improvement.

- JLJessica LJan 22, 20261.0The GM at Quincy Panera helps people how he sees fit to. I walked in, to p/u an order, was told they were waiting on something to cool, so I step aside. Another woman walks in 3 minutes after me, to pickup the same exact thing, but he was able to prepare it for her. Maybe he was doing it as an attempt to flirt, but when I called him out on it, he played dumb- almost trying to gaslight me, like he didn’t understand what I was saying. THIS IS WHY I GO TO & LOVE THE BRAINTREE PANERA!
