  The drive-through process was painful and rude, and then I did not even get a card in my Huntrix Meal. They didn’t bother to tell me they were out of cards.

  I come here about once a week and usually have no issues. My most recent order was a large fries and this is what it looked like before I ate any.

  The person at the counter was kind and helpful. I placed my order in the app but when I went to pick up , my order was not seen on their system. She noted the items from my phone and prepared the order for me.

  I had one of the worst experiences of my life after eating here. I went to this location late at night on March 21 and ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish meal and a Double Cheeseburger. About 6–7 hours later, I woke up extremely sick with nonstop vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea that lasted the entire day. This was not mild discomfort, it was severe food poisoning that completely ruined my day and left me physically exhausted and in serious distress. There is clearly something very wrong with how food is being handled at this location. Whether it’s improper storage, expired ingredients, or cross-contamination, this should never happen. Food safety is the absolute bare minimum, and this location failed badly. I am extremely disappointed and honestly concerned for anyone else eating here. No one should have to go through this after a simple fast food meal. I will be reporting this and expect accountability. Eat here at your own risk.

  My last few visits here have been 10+ minute waits, with my most recent being a mcflurry that took half an hour and that was not even delivered to me before I got tired of the wait and left. Absolutely unacceptable service. Unsure if it was the workers’ fault as they were apparently quite busy but like, come on.
