The food was okay and what you’d expect from Wendy’s, but the dining area was very messy and clearly needed more attention. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, but it seemed like they were short-handed and doing their best under pressure.

Tried calling the store twice and (30 rings no answer) so I called their national Customer Service number and reported what had just happened. Not taking it seriously at all (employees must've left cleaning agent IN the machine!!) they just offered to replace the drink when I couldn't even eat the food from being sick!?!
