The cupcakes were beautifully designed in the shape of “60,” which made them such a fun and special centerpiece for the party. Pam was amazing to work with—so friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Best of all, the cupcakes were very yummy and enjoyed by everyone! - RHRebecca HickmanJan 1, 20262.0Every time I come in lately I encounter people walking out with bags, arms, or carts filled with goods that they didn't pay for. When I brought this up I found out that the store policy is to just let it happen. It's incredibly frustrating for the staff who work there and as someone who is honest and has to pay extremely high prices for groceries I think it's unfair. The company policy is not even to ask someone why they are stealing or to suggest that they pay for things first. They just step aside and let them do their thing. 🤷♀️

There were also very limited choices for decaf coffee today, which was a major disappointment. Overall,it looks like perhaps there was a recent management change. The only saving grace is still Duane in produce. He is an asset to a store that I used to enjoy a lot more. I also found the limited choice and availability at this market (and 3 others in the same area), we're shockingly sparse. Perhaps this is a result of recent issues with product availability in the many different types of grocery retailers that offer quart sized 2% Lactaid without any added Calcium. I already take vitamin supplements so that I know exactly how much my daily intake is. Thank you for including to consistently stock more of these types of items and options available .moving forward. Thank you, and good luck. Went back to look for non-dairy milk. Still only the way too large gallon size only. Nothing smaller (quart size) anywhere. Just go to any other store folks. I had to pay over $5 for a product that's going to spoil. What a major disappointment...Still.

I will now shop more at the other major grocery store in Quincy that does not have Arrow security people eyeballing and following people. I encourage other Quincy shoppers to do the same. By the way, how about having shopping hand baskets available instead of them piled under the registers? I bought 5 items and had to carry them loose because there wasn't even one available basket. I did see plenty under the registers. Have the Arrow security guy collect the baskets while he's eyeballing customers.
