  Food is terrible! After eating double cheeseburger meal I go to the restroom,food is bad!The service is opps!the manager is the worst person I have ever met in the USA. Before is full of people,right now is not people there,the show how bad the management right now is!

  It's 24 hours and they are chill about hanging out there to stay warm in the winter times as long as u buy something and are mellow. It'll take them half hour to get ur food anyways and you willl be ignored until it's ready .but it will be fresh and now you're warm . If you're ordering in the lobby after midnight you'll be standing there with everyone else being ignored while the drive through takes over importance at around this time . Overall this place is the way to go . Stay warm out there friends . Est some french fries and a big Mac and enjoy a taste of the fine quisk e of America

  Trash McDonald’s. Place was a mess, dirty, trash left on tables and the floor. Worst of all the customer service was trash like the place. I mean you don’t expect much from McDonald’s but… it’s bad. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

  The service was terrible. I ordered a sweettea lemonade, but I only received plain iced tea without any lemonade. When I mentioned this to the staff, they only added a few drops of lemonade (yes, you read that right, just a few drops. I know that it supposed to be half & half). They also told me in a rude manner that I could get a refund if I didn't want it. I don't know why, but recently something new has been happening here. The manager seems to want customers to leave if there's nothing on their table or if they're still ordering. They've even set a 15-minute timer. And sometimes this seems to be based on race or age. I've noticed that some people around me weren't told to leave but were implicitly allowed to stay. Is this a form of racial discrimination? Undeniably, if this McDonald's didn't have the support of the local community or the students from the nearby school (who, in my opinion, are the main customers on weekdays), this McDonald's would be deserted due to its poor service and product issues. I don't think these employees have the attitude and service that people working in the service industry should have towards customers.
