This McDonald’s on Quincy Hancock St is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I placed 8 orders online, and because we arrived a bit later to pick them up, the manager threw all of our food into the trash. This was our food that we paid for — she had no right to dispose of it.
When we asked her to remake the order, she responded with an attitude and said “Oh my god.” Earlier, we simply asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce, and she refused and even told other staff not to give it to us. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in a manager position.
Now I understand why this location has so many complaints. The service here is truly disappointing, and management clearly needs serious improvement.

I ordered a hot coffee, nothing else, waited 20 minutes while watching massive orders of people who ordered after me being filled. Didn’t really care wasn’t in a rush. Until I finally get my order and receive a cup of coffee cold enough that the cup itself was cold. Which I guess was a small blessing seeing how when the worker handed it to me the cover wasn’t on all the way. The wait I can live with but the effort was embarrassing. These are the same people who think they deserve 20+$ an hour.

Worst customer service ever in any McDonald I had been! I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The customer service was subpar. One of the staff members instructed a driver to reverse in a tight space, resulting in damage to my vehicle. When I addressed the situation, the staff member denied the incident and raised their voice, insisting that my car had not been struck.

Used to be my go-to McDonalds in Quincy out of all the others but lately they’ve really dropped the ball. I ordered a 10-piece and they forgot the sauce, ordered an apple pie and they gave me a pumpkin pie instead, asked for a Big Mac w/ no pickles, and they literally put extra pickles on it lol. Will be going to the other McDonald’s in Quincy going forward
