  Tried to ask for an application very kindly. I told them I had 6 years of Dunkin experience and 2 years of other barista experience. They have a sign posted that say they are hiring FOR ALL SHIFTS. They refused because they said that the store doesn't have that many employees and that there are other locations. First off, the person who owns this one, OWNS ONLY this one. So either 1) they are afraid of competition because I have more experience than both of them put together or 2) they had a look of disgust when I asked for the application. At the end of this interaction, someone came up, pulled their sign down and handed it back to them and told them to take the sign down if they weren't hiring and there was no excuse to not offer up an application when that doesn't mean they have to hire every applicant anyway. They told them they were clearly discriminating against me as I have a midwest accent, and my teeth aren't perfect. They then started stuttering and then said the applications are online. The person then clapped back "Then that's all you needed to tell him." This was unacceptable.
