I'm writing this as when it happened in the past the store was busy so I gave it a pass, but most recently this happened when the drive through and the store were empty, so this has to be official Dunkin policy to never give refunds without an unnecessarily large fight even when they cannot fulfill the order.

The two younger ladies with glasses are both very socially awkward and don’t seem to have any deductive reasoning. If there’s barely any expresso left because you’re getting ready to clean the machine, then communicate that before charging me for a latte that tasted like sugary milk.
