The staff showed absolutely no patience toward customers and were shockingly unfriendly — even toward children. There was zero sense of warmth or basic courtesy. The cashier in particular seemed completely unwilling to answer any questions or provide help, acting as if assisting customers was a burden. It was extremely disappointing and frankly embarrassing for the brand. This location is a disgrace to Chipotle. I will not be coming back.
- VTVic TheRizzlerFeb 22, 20263.0i go here at least once every 1-2 weeks, the food is good, however, there was one time the rice HARD. usually, i don’t have problems with food so 4 stars. the service is worst than mediocre. workers usually seem mad, but they do their job so 2 stars. atmosphere is ok. lots of children and teens around. they usually don’t clean up after themselves and that’s not chipotles fault, however, it could be cleaner. big sitting area along with an outside one. overall this chipotle is pretty mid.

The food was also noticeably saltier than usual. On top of that, customer service wasn’t great — lots of rushed “anything else, anything else” with an eye roll, which didn’t help the experience. I usually like Chipotle, but this visit kind of sucked.
