    Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Pickup orders are consistently 30+ minutes late while the “walk-in” line is minimal and instantly ready. I tried to cancel the pickup order and do the walk-in line but was told by the employees that I couldn’t. They also run out of key ingredients often.

    Every time I come this place is gross and has food everywhere. On the railings on the tables, chairs and floor. Even first thing when it opens. Then there is always a problem with food missing. The people are extremely rude as well.

    I’ve visited this place multiple times in the last few months and keep leaving feeling uneasy. The same lady consistently has an attitude and doesn’t listen to people’s orders. She’s too focused on moving quickly. She is clearly irritated for simply coming in to order and it doesn’t matter if you start with a kind hello either. It is also disappointing that half the menu items not being available and not really knowing until you start to order. For example, around 6 p.m., they don’t have black beans, white rice, or chips. I understand that they might be running out of stock later in the day, but I’m mostly dissatisfied with the rude worker who seems to assume your order and rushes you with a take it or leave it attitude. The first time it happened I thought it was just an off day but it being multiple times It’s less understanding.

    Without a question this is the absolute worst Chipotle location. Complete TRASH. I've been here numerous times on different occasions hoping something would change but it never does. The staff is always so rude and look and sound like the most miserable humans that exist on earth. This chipotle is also ALWAYS out of food. They never have anything prepared or ready and the portions are the cheapest thing I've ever seen. Everytime I ask for double chicken, they do 2 half scoops so really you're just getting charged double for what should be the price of 1 scoop and when you ask for more you would've thought you were asking for the employees social security. They're completely incompetent and disrespectful. Honestly this place should just be shut down and replaced with a better food restaurant or change ownership. Don't waste your time or breath on this place.
