- MAM AnnJan 10, 20261.0I order from here all the time and my pizza always looks the same, today I ordered and my pizza looked completely raw the crust was VERY soft and the cheese wasn’t even melted fully it looked bright yellow and just a mess, I called them to inform them and they told me me that I have to ask for it to be extra crispy if I don’t want my pizza to look like that, but my pizza NEVER looked like this before when ordering from here and I never had to ask for it to be crispy. I had to throw my pizza back into the oven for another 20mins. Smh bad service….🙃 Instead of taking accountability they blamed it on me for not asking for crispy pizza. The second photo is after I put it in the oven, That is how the pizza usually looks when I get it, the first photo is after a 3/5 mins in the oven so imagine how it looked before. Terrible.
